Delays in delivery
How to proceed in the event of a late delivery can be found in Article 102 of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR). Accordingly, if delivery is not made by the contractually agreed delivery date, a reminder can be issued, which puts the supplier in default. If an exact delivery date has been agreed between the buyer and the seller, the seller is automatically in default if the goods have not arrived at the customer on the agreed date. If the seller is in default of delivery, he must pay compensation for late performance in accordance with Article 103 of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).
Customs
Our production and warehouse is located in germany. Orders are sent directy to your door. Therefor orders may be subject to customs at your border. Any additional cost at border has to be covered by you. We do not cover any of your customs bills.
