Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

My products are printed on demand. Which means every order is produced and delivered individually depending on your location. If you got the wrong size, you aren’t happy with the color or you simply aren’t happy with your purchase, please get in contact with me and let me know what happened. I want to create products which you are proud having and feel amazing. If this is not the case I don’t want you stuck with that. And I would like to know what you miss from us that we didn’t match up for you.

If you see your product is damaged, faulty or the printing is wrong, your claim for a refund must be placed at latest 20 days after your purchase. In general our refund and returns policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To return a product, it must be in a “new” condition. Returns are free.

In order to be eligible for a return if you’re unhappy with color, size or for any other reason, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will let you know once your message is received and inspected. In case of a damaged or faulty product, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

In any case we will send you instructions on how to return your item.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
